I am multi-cultured, multi-faceted, British, but a world citizen by vocation. My full name is Navjot S. Lauda [aka known as Navjot Singh]. I bring a global perspective to marketing and communications that naturally spans industries and markets.
Through Lauda Marketing, I have worked with clients ranging from European growth capital firms to Fortune 500 enterprises, always focusing on translating complex offerings into clear market narratives, messages and value propositions. I have successfully led numerous brand and product launches across international markets, specializing in go-to-market strategy, partnership development, content production, and strategic communications.
I began my education at Dulwich College in South-East London, where I discovered a passion for languages, world cultures, and the works of John Amos Comenius. After graduating, I completed a gap “Year in Industry” with Timken in Northampton, earning the Young Engineers Award (East Midlands, 1999) from the UK Engineering Council.
I then pursued a combined MEng (Hons) in Electronic and Software Engineering at Loughborough University, drawn by its rigor and the promise of future technologies. While there, I blended academics with travel and extracurriculars, including representing the university on BBC’s University Challenge in 2002.
I launched my career in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, teaching myself Mandarin, and quickly discovered that travel isn’t a hobby—it’s part of my DNA. Over six years, I lived and worked across Beijing, Guangzhou, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, before returning to London in 2007. Since then, I’ve also lived in Switzerland, continuing to travel, write, and create. Today, I bring 20+ years of global experience as a writer, strategic content marketer, senior marketing leader, and journalist, blending a passion for storytelling with a championing of globalization and cross-cultural connection.
